How MCR is Doing Business During COVID-19
Since its inception in 2013, M Commercial Realty has always operated as a virtual commercial real estate company. Instead of leasing an office and hiring staff, we work out of our home offices. All of our third-party service providers - marketing, sign providers and research partners work virtually as well.
What does this mean to our clients as we all make our ways through this economic shut down due to COVID-19?
Other than the fact new business is non-existent, we can service all of our client’s needs just as efficiently as we could prior to COVID-19. Even if one of our partners cannot assist us, we can usually figure out a way to get it done for our client.
For example, last week, a client asked us to list a property for sale. Since the property is small and does not require any professional photos nor does it require a large sign, we simply took the photos and installed one of our smaller lawn signs. Our client was happy that we could still accommodate his real estate needs during these unprecedented times.
In order to make it easy for our clients to contact us, we have operated with one phone number since day one. Our clients can call us for real estate advice or if they prefer, they can email or send us a text.
